What follows is not a catalogue. It is a walk-through of your property, fixture by fixture, marked on the photographs you have already published. Each scene shows where a SOLVERT light would sit, how many we propose, and what it would do for the eye after dusk. No trenching, no transformer, no mains run — every fixture is solar-autonomous and dusk-to-dawn.

Scene I · Arrival
The first impression, after dusk.
The reception path is the property’s overture. Today its bollards are visible by day; after dusk they vanish. SOLVERT bollards trace the curve of your terrazzo path in a soft, downward-throw 3000 K wash — guests read the route without glare, and the white Cycladic walls glow with reflected warmth.

Scene II · Courtyard
An evening promenade between the suites.
The flagstone court between the suite blocks is the heart of the property. Recessed-effect ground markers along the joint lines guide guests on twilight walks; a single wall-grazing fixture lifts the rough-stone reception arch into sculpture.

Scene III · The Gardens
Oleander, prickly pear, and a low golden hour.
The Mediterranean planting deserves its own theatre. Three discreet spike lights uplight the oleander cluster; two more wash the cactus silhouettes; the white render of the suites is left to receive the bounce light — never directly lit.

Scene IV · The Pool Suites
Each plunge pool, its own stage.
Each suite’s private plunge pool is rimmed by a low timber screen — the perfect carrier for a continuous low-level glow. We propose a dim 2700 K linear wash on the underside of each screen, plus one downlight per pergola corner. The pool surface becomes the brightest object in view; the suite reads as an envelope.

Scene V · The Approach
From the gravel road, an island in the dark.
Seen from the gravel approach, the property today reads as a single bright shape after dusk. We re-stage it: the building stays low and warm, the bougainvillea picks up a single accent, and the path threads its own line of light across the foreground — Mykonos at its most cinematic.
